I am so glad you’re here, but so very sorry that you have to be. My intention is to make you feel welcome, meet you wherever you're at in your grief, remind you that you are normal, and to let you know that grieving is OK.
I too have experienced a lifetime of loss. From moving around as a child of military parents, to experiencing my parent’s divorce and having a severed relationship with my brother. Losing jobs, a steady income, and financial stability, because life - Having babies and moving accross the country to pursue new opportunities at the cost of my "village".
Whatever your experience with loss, you are welcome here. Whether you’re processing the death of a loved one, divorce or the end of a romantic relationship, moving, loss of trust, loss of faith, loss of a pet, or any number of other losses, I am here to walk with you through your grief and help you find completeness and renewed hope for the future.
Grief Services
We offer 8 week grief support groups, one-on-one support, and 7 week pet loss groups.
Every griever is different and so are your needs. Select an option below for more information or contact us for a free consultation to determine which option is best for you.
8 Week Support Group
The 8 week support group meets once per week for 2 hours. Together with a group of grievers, we will walk together through the Grief Recovery Method toward completion of lost relationships and renewed hope for the future.
